We can work with a single photo, though multiple angles give the best results. Send clear, well-lit photos that show the full body and face. Natural lighting works best. Photos from different angles (front, side, back, 45° views) help us capture details accurately. All photos should be from the same photo session with consistent settings (lighting, background, clothing). Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered photos.
Yes! We can include pets as part of your custom figure. Just make sure to include clear photos of your pet along with the other photos you submit.
Yes! You can choose between a single person figurine or a couple (2 people) when configuring your order. Single person figurines start at $99. Couple figurines are $139 ($99 + $40).
If you'd like to include more than 2 people (such as a family group), please contact us for a custom quote. We're happy to create larger group figurines.
Absolutely. We design your figure based on your photos, so the clothing and pose will reflect what you provide. You can also order custom outfits (sports uniforms, jerseys, work uniforms, or other custom clothing) for an additional fee. If you have a specific request (like holding hands or holding an object), let us know in the order notes.
Standard production takes 10-14 days from the date you approve the design preview. This includes design time, printing, hand-finishing, and shipping. Rush production (5-7 days) is available for an additional fee.
Yes! We'll send you a digital preview of the design within 2-3 days of receiving your photos. You'll have the chance to request one free revision before we move to printing.
We offer rush production for orders that need to arrive sooner. Select the rush option at checkout, and we'll prioritize your order. If you have a tight deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm timing.
Yes. We include one free revision to the digital design before printing. This ensures you're completely happy with how your figure looks. Additional revisions can be requested for a small fee.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If there's an issue with the quality or accuracy of your figure, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.
We use high-quality, durable 3D printing materials that are designed to last. Natural finish figures show the texture of the print, while painted figures are finished with non-toxic, long-lasting paint.
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is included in the price for all US orders. International shipping is available upon request. Contact us for details.
Each figure arrives in elegant packaging with protective padding to ensure it arrives safely. It's ready to display or gift as soon as you open it.
Because each figure is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there's a defect or error on our part, we'll replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your figure is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll send you a replacement as soon as possible.

No. The price you see at checkout is the final price. Shipping within the US is included. There are no surprise fees.
You can add a personalized stand with custom text ($15), a simple background element ($10, requires stand), custom outfits like sports uniforms or jerseys ($50), and additional people ($40 each) or pets ($30 each) to your figure.
